As per the Law on Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 ("Law No. 6698"), your personal data may be processed within the scope described below by PERLA FRUIT FOOD AND TRADE INC. as the data controller.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data:

The collected personal data will be processed within the framework of the legal obligations of our Company in accordance with the Labor and Social Security Legislation, especially the employment contract, and all other relevant legislation related to work life, in order to fulfill all kinds of legal obligations of our Company and to ensure the healthy execution of the employment relationship, based on the conditions and purposes of processing personal data stipulated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698.

3. To Whom and For What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred:

Your personal data may be transferred to supervisory and regulatory authorities, relevant public institutions, individuals or organizations permitted by the Labor Law and other relevant legislation, legally authorized public and/or private legal entities who request it within their jurisdiction and for the purposes they demand, to our Company's consultants, auditors, and/or service providers, in accordance with the conditions and purposes of processing personal data specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698.

4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data:

Your personal data is collected by our Company through verbal, written, or electronic means, in line with the purposes mentioned above, to ensure the healthy execution of the employment relationship and to fulfill our Company's contractual and legal responsibilities accurately and completely. The data collected through various methods and different legal grounds explained in our Information Document can be processed and transferred within the scope of the conditions and purposes listed in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698, as specified in clauses (II) and (III) of this text.

5. Rights of the Data Subject as Stated in Article 11 of the Law No. 6698:

As data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding the exercise of your rights under Article 13 of the Law No. 6698 to our Company through the methods arranged below, your requests will be concluded within the shortest time possible and no later than thirty days from the date your request reaches us, according to their nature. In this context, data subjects have the rights to:

1. Learn whether their personal data is processed or not,
2. Request information if their personal data is processed,
3. Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
4. Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
5. Request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
6. Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7,
7. Be informed about the actions taken as a result of processing their data exclusively through automated systems, if such actions have a negative consequence for the data subject,
8. Object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data solely through automated systems,

i. They have the right to demand compensation for damages in case they suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the Law No. 6698, you can submit your requests for the exercise of the abovementioned rights in writing to us or by other methods designated by the Board. In case new application methods are determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, these methods will be announced by our Company. Therefore, your requests made in writing to our Company should be sent using the Application Form attached (or linked) herewith, to our Company's registered email address or other methods designated by the Law No. 6698.
